This course provides the fundamental vocabulary, concepts, and principles that appear throughout the chemistry and biochemistry curriculum. Topics include basic chemistry calculations, atomic and molecular structure, chemical properties, molecular and reaction stoichiometry, periodicity, chemical bonding, and nomenclature.
